The Senior Friendship Health Center Mission: Providing for the Medical and Dental Needs of Underserved Seniors
Each year patient lives are changed, undiagnosed diseases are treated, teeth are restored and smiles returned. Hope is renewed for adults 50 and older in Collier County.
Our dental services include hygiene, oral exams and x-rays, fillings, crown/bridge, minor extractions and partials/dentures. We operate under the supervision of the Collier County Department of Health.
The Senior Friendship Health Center serves patients who are uninsured or underinsured on a sliding fee scale. Depending on your ability to pay, our services may be available at a very low cost. We work with many different health plans, including Medicare. We have flexible payment plans to ensure patients receive care when they need it, regardless of your ability to pay. Patients are accepted and eligibility is determined by financial need, regardless of employment status.
The Senior Friendship Health Center is staffed by experienced volunteer physicians, dentists and nurses, which is one of the ways we are different from other community clinics.Read more
